Comfortable and spacious family room with a big bed, laptop-size safe, mini-bar, and even a sofa bed for extra lounging space. the breakfast had some good healthy options which made me happy 😊.

It was really close to the center of Old Town, the central square and the center "pedestrian zone ", magnificent location overall. Besides, Ancient Theater of Philippopolis was 2 km away from the property...

Everything was excellent, had an incredible stay during business trip. The location of this hotel next to the city centre as well as the center `` pedestrian zone '' was good and perfect. It also was in a very good area.
The staff was poor.

Our stay was excellent, liked savoury and tasty breakfasts.
Got spacious and luxurious room with good Wi-Fi, very nice decoration, a sofa for relaxing work or business work - always come in handy. Hair dryers, shower caps, and bath sheets were available there. The hotel's location was good, just next door to Bulgaria, and the center `` pedestrian zone ''...

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the town center, a café, and a lively pedestrian area, as well as being near the Plovdiv Roman Stadium just 3 km away.

Value for money really good! Spacious, well furnished. Maybe the bathroom is not new, but clean, spacious and functional. Despite being almost in the center, not suffering the traffic noise. Excellent breakfast buffet, very abundant. Staff really friendly and helpful, both the reception and the maids. Since I am in the hotel industry, a very good review! Straconsigliato

Good location, with free parking and nice yard. Clean rooms but with small bathroom. Definitelly it is a good 3star hotel - not 4 star as it was advertised through internet. The personel was friendly and the breakfast quite good and rich for its category.
